Being the most important technical documentation for the Conference, the CD-ROM Proceedings contain papers which are presented at the Conference. All full event registrants will receive a CD at the Conference.

Exhibition

In conjunction with the main Technical Sessions of Saudi Arabia Smart Grid (SASG 2019), an exhibition will be held within the conference venue. The exhibition is intended to provide an opportunity for companies, consulting firms, researcher/academic organizations, and government office to display and demonstrate their activities, services and products. The Exhibition covers all aspects of the production, transportation and distribution of electricity and brings together industry professionals, manufacturers, suppliers, contractors giving them direct access to utilities and decision makers involved in the electricity sector.

Each stand includes:

  • 9 sqm floor space (3 meters wide by 3 meters deep).
  • Shell scheme.
  • Spotlights.
  • 1 Table and 2 Chairs.
  • 110~220 AC volt electrical socket.

Additional benefits for each Exhibitor:

  • 1 or 2 representative(s) from each exhibitor shall remain at the exhibition stand. We shall provide them free lunch and coffee break during the conference period.A brief resume (8-10 lines) of each exhibitor will be included in the official Exhibition Guide which will be circulated to all invited government officials & VIP’s visitor’s and participating delegates.
  • Advertising space will also be available in the Exhibition Guide and final Conference Program at a special cost.
  • Wide publicity will be given in the Middle East region about the exhibition to attract Consultants, Contractors and Government officials to visit the exhibition booths during the conference period.
